Radu is a full stack architect, who knows very well Microsoft solutions, not only the SharePoint architecture and related frameworks. I had the opportunity to work with him in a very challenging project. When I joined the team, there was a hybrid SharePoint 2016 farm concept in place, implemented in a full functional Azure test environment. The final production solution was a SharePoint 2016 hybrid infrastructure, 6 geo-located farms in Europe, America and Asia (81 servers) with Office 365 – SharePoint Online. I learned a lot of new things from him related to Microsoft Azure Services and architecture.
